Elks Care - Elks Share

Welcome to the Liverpool, NY Elks B.P.O.E. 2348 and thank you for visiting!

For over 50 years, the Liverpool Elks have been bringing to this community the legacy of our Order’s charitable work that began nationally in 1868.

Founded by a group of actors to share fellowship housing on the road, the group early on turned to mutual aid when one of their own passed away and left a wife and children to fend for themselves. This in turn evolved into devotion to charity that has been the cardinal principle of our Order. Then gave rise the greatest fraternal organization in the world, and while it has dealt with the changes caused by social evolution in our culture, the basic principles of charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity prevail as a guide to conduct our endeavors.

In the news:

On July 20, 2014, members of Ontario District partnered with our CP of New York Affiliate, Enable for their 3rd annual "Anything that Rolls" fundraiser. Teams walked, ran, rolled in wheelchairs, on adaptable bikes and even roller-skated their way down Onondaga Lake Parkway to raise money for Enable. Click on image for full size view.

Team Ontario District

Team Ontario raised over 1000.00 which Enable has so graciously allowed us to raise specifically for the Home Service Program, our Major Project. A great time was had by all and we are looking forward to joining next year's fundraiser with even more members of Team Ontario.
